what type of bottle is it?

My friend and I were walking along the beach when I discovered a piece of sea glass with these words; N LUCA TSJE. The color of the piece of sea glass was dark brown. My friend and i decided to discover what type of bottle it originated from. He has already discovered it and would not tell me because he says that I have to discover it for myself. I am asking all of you surfers out there for help! I would really appreciate it!
